As of July 1, 2009, Landlords of both commercial and residential property must provide the Borough with the following information: how to contact the Landlord, if the property has an agent, how many units are on the property, the name and contact information for commercial tenants and the name of all adults and the number of children for a residential property. Below is a copy of the ordinance and the various forms that must be completed.
